WICS TV via AP FARMERSVILLE — The name of the seventh person who died in a massive crash on Interstate 55 during a dust storm has been released by Illinois State Police. Otto Medina-Salazar, 58, of Carthage, Missouri, was fatally injured May 1, near Farmersville in Montgomery County. It took almost 10 days for the Montgomery County Coroner's Office to identify Medina-Salazar.
