The lady at this store was giving me a really weird look while I was speaking on the phone. Was it because I was speaking Spanish? I don't know. And once I was off the phone, I apologized for walking around so long, and asked her some clarification questions about some voicemails I received and she had a really negative attitude towards me automatically, even before I said one word at her. Been a customer of family video in KC and STL, for close to a decade. Today they lost an extremely loyal customer. I wonder if they understand the value if a lifelong customer. In this instance they didn't. I'd rate 0 if possible. Not mad or angry, just extremely disappointed in the place I considered home for my game and movie rentals.
